The Solution

Oscar brought in OneUp to increase productivity across the business, but with a particular focus on the USA team.

One of the first things they did was run a Super Bowl Sales Day, powered by OneUp Leagues. Running this incentive via OneUp allowed Oscar to include all team members regardless of working location and use live data from their CRM to populate the results in real time - resulting in a massive engagement increase.

Deal celebrations allowed those both in the office and home enjoy the wins of the whole team.
