1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

"Organizer"/ “The Organization” means Stormburst Studios Ltd (Company No. 09302269), trading as OneUp Sales, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
"Player" / "User” means any individual who participates in the game and/or submits an entry to the leaderboard.
"Prize(s)" means the individual and team prizes as specified in Clause 6.
“Winner” means any Player confirmed by the Organizer as having won a Prize.

2. Organizer

This competition ("the Game") is organized and operated by Stormburst Studios Ltd, trading as OneUp Sales, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09302269), with registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("we", "us", "our").

3. Game Description

BD Blitz is a 90-second, browser-based reaction game where players click encircled icons that appear randomly on the screen. A player’s score is based on how quickly they react and how many icons they click within the timeframe. The game is free to play and open to anyone, but only eligible (see clause 4.0 for eligibility criteria) participants may qualify for prizes.

4. How to Enter

After playing, users will have the option to submit their name, company name, and company email address to join the official leaderboard. Entries using public email services (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) will not be accepted.

Users may play the game as many times as they like, but only their highest score will appear on the leaderboard. Only one leaderboard entry per player is permitted.

Attempts to bypass this restriction — including using alternate devices, browsers, email addresses, or masked IPs — will result in disqualification.

5. Eligibility

To be eligible for prizes, players must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Work in the recruitment industry
• Be based in the USA
• Submit a valid company email address
• Join the leaderboard before 11:59 PM (EST) on December 17 2025
• Either finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd on the leaderboard or be part of the recruitment agency with the highest number of verified players entered

All entries are subject to verification. We may use LinkedIn or other publicly available data to confirm eligibility. We reserve the right to reject any unverifiable entries.

6. Prizes

6.1 Individual Prizes

• 1st Place: Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen)
• 2nd Place: $150 Takeout Vouchers
• 3rd Place: $100 Amazon Voucher

6.2 Team Prize

• The company with the most unique eligible players entered (determined by verified company email domains) will win a Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle for their office.

Each individual may win one individual prize only but may also be part of the winning team.
In the event of a tie in individual scores, the player who reached the score earliest (based on submission timestamp) will rank higher.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered digitally (for vouchers) or shipped (for physical items).
The organization is not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate contact information or courier error.

If any prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or import duties incurred as a result of receiving a prize.

8. Competition Dates

The competition will end at 11:59 PM (EST) on December 17 2025.

Winners will be contacted by email within 5 working days using the email address provided when submitting to the leaderboard.

9. Marketing Communications

By submitting their email, players consent to being contacted by the OneUp Sales marketing team and added to the organization's subscriber database. Users may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link within emails from the organization.

10. Data Handling

Leaderboard submission data will be stored in the organization's CRM (HubSpot) and handled in accordance with the organization's Privacy Policy.
Data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months from the competition end date.
To request the deletion of their data, users can contact the organization at hello@oneupsales.co.uk.

11. Disqualification & Fair Play

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification:

• Use of bots, scripts, macros, or automation tools
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or IP/device spoofing
• Submitting multiple entries using different identities or email addresses
• Team stacking, account sharing, or score manipulation
• Any other behaviour intended to deceive the system or gain an unfair advantage

We reserve the right to monitor gameplay activity and investigate suspicious behaviour. All decisions are final and made at the organization's sole discretion.

12. Rule Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time if required due to technical issues, suspected misconduct, or other reasonable circumstances. Any changes will be reflected on the competition webpage.

13. No Appeals

All decisions regarding eligibility, prize winners, disqualifications, and rule enforcement are final. No appeals will be considered.
