The Product Drop: 2025 Updates Wrapped

From precision forecasting to collaborative dashboards, we didn't take a month off. Here is the full highlight reel of how OneUp evolved in 2025 to accelerate your agency.

Table of contents

12 Months. 12 Major Drops.

We didn't take a month off in 2025.

Our product and engineering team has been moving at a breakneck pace, shipping a major release every single month alongside countless smaller improvements and optimizations.

From a complete rebuild of OneUpTV to entirely new ways to forecast revenue, we spent the year ensuring the platform grows as fast as your ambitions do. Whether you missed an update or just want to see how far the platform has come, here is your 2025 highlight reel.

Big Dashboard Upgrades.

Pipeline Front & Centre

Your Pipeline, front and center.

In October, we brought the Job Pipeline directly to the Dashboard. Consultants can now see their live open jobs directly alongside their targets, keeping the focus on what needs to close now.

Managers as Creators.

We introduced Collaborative Editing, allowing managers to build and refine dashboards together. No more bottlenecks. Plus, with the launch of the Dashboard Manager and Templates, you can now roll out a standardized "Winning Formula" view to every consultant in seconds.

Business Performance, visualized.

You asked for more detail, and we delivered. You can now embed full Reports and Charts directly onto the dashboard. Use Reports to drill into the detail, or Charts to bring your data to life. This allows you to track high-level business performance right next to your daily targets.

Forecasting: Precision over gut feel.

Recruitment leaders need to know what’s real. This year, we gave you the tools to strip away the guesswork and forecast with confidence.

Weighted Pipeline feature

Weighted Job Pipeline.

This was a game-changer. You can now apply probability weightings to every stage of your pipeline. Instead of hoping every job lands, you get a revenue forecast based on reality.

Rolling Metrics & Multi-Period Comparisons.

We made spotting trends effortless. You can now compare performance across three or more timeframes in a single chart. Whether you need to analyze historical trends or project future performance using rolling windows, you now have the flexibility to manipulate timeframes exactly how you need them.

Global Control.

For our international clients, we shipped Currency Overrides. Your teams report in their local currency, but you get the consolidated numbers you need at HQ.

Reporting: Deeper visibility, better accountability.

We went deep on data integrity and admin peace-of-mind this year. The 2025 updates were all about showing you exactly who is doing the work, and keeping that data safe.

Total Transparency drill down

Total Transparency.

We added Drill-Downs to almost everything. Click a number in a Client or Job report and see exactly which users and teams drove that metric.

Risk-Free Reporting.

We added a Trash Can and Restore function for Reports and Charts. Accidentally deleted a critical report? You can now restore it in seconds. Build, experiment, and clean up without fear.

No More Hidden Work.

We integrated Bullhorn Note Types and new "Added By" columns. Now you know exactly who is generating opportunities, and those critical "between the lines" tasks (like market mapping and client calls) are finally visible and reportable.

The new standard for TV.

OneUpTV got a massive glow-up in 2025. We rebuilt the experience to be smoother, faster, and more engaging.

TV Engine Rebuilt

The Redesign.

We launched a stunning new visual interface with Live Slide Previews, so you can see exactly what your team sees before you hit publish, alongside Podium Leaderboards to make the top 3 spots feel even more special.

Performance on Autopilot.

We launched Recurring Competitions. You set the league up once, and OneUp handles the renewals, the points, and the celebrations automatically.

And we're only just getting started.

Shipping a major release every month was just the visible part of our year. While we were rolling out these updates, our team has also been working away in the background on entirely new projects that we haven't shared yet.

We’ve been laying the groundwork for some major new additions to the OneUp ecosystem, and we can’t wait to show you what’s coming in 2026.
